Reservation Rules
The booking can be done by phone (+34 639638378) or by email.
The deposit to be paid to finalize the booking is 30% of total: once received the deposit you will be informed of the confirmation of the booking.
The deposit can be paid through:
1) Bank transfer.
2) Payment via PayPal
The remaining part of the payment must be done upon arrival at the house.
It will be possible to cancel the booking by writing an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. In the case of a cancelation:
- if the cancelation is done 14 days prior arrival or more the deposit will be refunded
- if the cancelation is done less than 14 days prior arrival the deposit will not be refunded
- in case of lockdown and closing of borders for Covid-19 the deposit will be refunded whatever is the arrival date
- in case of a flight cancelation without lockdown or closing of borders, the normal conditions explained in the first two lines will apply.
